"I was having some issues with my insurance plan and payments. I called my State Farm agents office. Maddy answered the phone and I explained I was having difficulty understanding my bill. She pulled it up and explained in detail what was going on. So I could better understand it. I wanted to make a few changes to my policy. Maddy reviewed my plan and made some recommendations on how I could lower my premium. So she discussed the changes with me. I agreed on the changes Maddy had suggested. So she made thee changes for me and I Maddy ended up lowering my premium for me with just a few changes. It was a pleasure working with someone who was knowledgeable and was able to help me and looking out for my best interest and save me money on my premium.
